Stellenbeschreibung

• Provide guidance on Ethics & Compliance matters within Procurement and support the ECR community across the organization
• Identify, assess and support the resolution of E&C issues in Airbus Procurement, working closely with legal teams across all Airbus divisions and supporting investigations related to Open Line alerts
• Lead and support global E&C awareness activities, including training sessions and workshops for Procurement teams worldwide
• Support the implementation, monitoring and fulfilment of compliance controls within Procurement and contribute to projects aimed at achieving E&C targets and strengthening compliance processes
• Monitor and report E&C-related KPIs and provide regular reporting to support transparency, compliance performance and continuous improvement

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Law or Business Law
• Work experience in the field of Procurement, Law and Change Management
• Good knowledge in using Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel
